HOUSE BILL NO. 238 An Act establishing a federal tax obligation                
loan program under the commercial fishing loan program was read                
the second time.                                                               
                                                                               
Senator Tim Kelly, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent for                
the adoption of the Rules Senate Committee Substitute offered on               
page 3668. Without objection, SENATE CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO.                     
238(RLS) An Act establishing a federal tax obligation loan program             
under the commercial fishing loan program; and providing for an                
effective date (technical title change) was adopted and read the               
second time.                                                                   
                                                                               
Senators Halford, Hoffman, Ward, Elton, Lincoln, Mackie, Taylor                
moved and asked unanimous consent that they be shown as cross                  
sponsors on the bill. Without objection, it was so ordered.                    
                                                                               
Senator Mackie moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be              
considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final            
passage. Without objection, it was so ordered.
